JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ Years Experience
LOCATION: Hampshire
SALARY: Attractive Salary
THE ROLE:
This role will involve day to day contact with clients who expect a premium conveyancing service. You will also be a keen business developer who has the drive and desire to build and develop local agents and referrers to maximise instructions to the team.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing having worked on behalf of estate agents, referrers and private individuals in a variety of areas. This will include high value sales and purchases, creation of property leases, lease extensions, lease assignments and mortgages.
