JOB TITLE: Employment Partner
PQE: 10+ Years

SALARY: Dependent on experience
THE ROLE: An experienced Employment Partner is required by this expanding and entrepreneurial law firm, specialising in providing high quality employment legal services. A superb opening for an associate/partner striving for more responsibility and the genuine opportunity to work in an autonomous environment with attractive work-life balance. At the mid-way point of impressive growth plans over the next three to five years, this firm wish to make critical key hires to those able to demonstrate exceptional client relationships and a substantial following. It goes without saying that you will have excellent technical knowledge of all areas of employment law ranging from director disqualifications, shareholder disputes, whistleblowing and boardroom level disputes. The role will require you to lead from the front, be instrumental in encouraging and ensuring the team are motivated, innovative in their approach and engaged in achieving the firm's goal. This hire will be a key part of important growth plans.
THE CANDIDATE: A Senior Associate or Partner in your current firm, you are looking for a new challenge in an environment where you can be truly autonomous and can directly effect your own success. Motivated and ambitious you will be a strong advocate of cross-selling and will welcome the security of a larger practice along with the opportunity available within a new, smaller team. As the senior Employment Partner in the firm, you will play a key role in the ongoing growth and development both of the employment team and the firm in general. Preferably, you will be from the local market and will be a well-known name with some excellent connections. You will have a substantial network of contacts and work referrers who will be only too happy to instruct you on future matters of business.
