JOB TITLE:Commercial Property Locum Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED:2-6 Years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire (Commutable from: Cambridge, Peterborough, New Market, Bedford)
SALARY:Highly Competitive
THE ROLE:
Based in Cambridgeshire, this well established practice is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Locum Solicitor to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters whilst they recruit on a more permanent basis. Advising a varied client base, you will be responsible for providing assistance across the broad spectrum of commercial property law including landlord and tenant issues, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, development projects, business sales and acquisitions, corporate support projects and property management matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
This locum role will suit commercial property solicitors with between 2 and 6 years experience in a wide range of commercial property matters. You will be available to start this assignment as soon as possible and be available for a minimum of 3 months. This could lead to repeat bookings for the successful commercial property solicitor.
