Part Time HR Manager - City Law Firm - 40-55K FTE
Working as HR Manager for a small city based law firm this will be a full generalist role covering all elements of recruitment, ER, systems and performance management as well as working closely with the partners on more strategic matters. This is a stand alone role so they are looking for someone confident, with a proven track record of generalist HR responsibility and their CIPD qualification.
They are looking for someone to work 4 days per week (permanent) and there may be some flexibility to work one of those 4 days from home. Salary will be competitive based on the successful candidates experience and qualifications, but is likely to be an actual salary of around £40-£55k for the 4 days.
Experience working as a HR Officer or HR Manager in a law firm (ideally in the City) is essential, but doesn't have to have been recently or your last role.
