The Central Legal Team sits within New Business Development which forms part of the Core Real Estate Practice Group. Working with the business lawyers, we are able to support larger scale client projects and offer additional flexibility to Eversheds in terms of resource and cost efficiencies. The team strives for both outstanding quality of service and efficient processes which allows the department to operate profitably whilst delivering outstanding service to its clients.

The purpose of this role is to deliver effective, timely and quality project support across all projects and business areas. The role will encompass the production and maintenance of project plans and documentation, attendance at project checkpoints, budgetary and progress reporting, administration in project matters such as risks, issues and change support, library maintenance, document control and administration.

To be successful the candidate should demonstrate clear and analytical presentation of data. Be able to identify strengths, weaknesses and exposure in the business model and talk knowledgably and suggestively about the direction the business unit should take. 

It is important that the individual is technically advanced in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Access) and SQL languages (or equivalent) in order to enable them to be efficient and self sufficient in their role.
