Key responsibilities:
· Provide admin support and assistance with internal communications, brochureware, web, social media, insite, e-briefings, advertising, conferences, seminars and training
· File opening/closing, arranging internal room bookings for events
· Confident in the use of IT systems particularly Excel and databases
· Inputting data/information onto firm's contact database and maintaining it
· Using the firm's contact database to send mailshots and record appropriate activities
· Being a team player
· Communicating with colleagues on all levels
· Printing, scanning, copying, archiving.
· Assisting with monthly billing requests, printing and submitting pro forma’s
· Diary Management experience, booking rooms for internal and external meetings
· Assisting with Travel bookings for train travel/hotel bookings
· Assisting and submitting expenses for legal advisors
· Assisting with the preparation of bundles.
· Providing ad hoc administrative assistance to the team across training areas
The successful applicant will be a key player in assisting the team to work in a smooth and efficient manner
