JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Leeds

THE ROLE:
This highly ranked Corporate team covers all aspects of corporate law including joint ventures, private equity, corporate governance and disposals. Working alongside a number of market leading Corporate Solicitors in Leeds, you will work on a wide range of transactions for major institutions and plc clients
THE CANDIDATE:
They are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years pqe gained in a national or City legal practice. You will have a proven background in all aspects of corporate law including M&A, AIM, private equity and listed PLC work. It is also essential that you are a confident communicator and enjoy a proactive approach to business development.
