Eversheds’ Finance group advises banks, financial institutions, corporates and individuals on all aspects of lending and lending structures and on recovering that lending through informal and formal insolvency procedures and restructurings.
This role involves providing support to the Banking team to develop and improve the existing suite of banking precedent documentation and guidance notes. You will work closely with the existing banking and restructuring PSLs and liaise with lawyers from across the nationwide Finance team.
A banking lawyer with at least 10 years post qualification experience, ideally with a background in general corporate banking and/or acquisition finance. You should be a team player and a self starter. You will have a strong interest in the black letter law and excellent academic and technical skills. With our network of UK offices we are flexible about location and we will consider candidates who wish to work full-time, part-time or flexibly.
