Further information

We are looking to recruit junior and mid-level experienced transactional lawyers for our structured finance practice.  We are looking for individuals who are keen to expand and complement their existing skills and experience.  The group is made up of lawyers who have previously worked in a wide-range of disciplines and accordingly we welcome applications from those who may currently be based within Corporate, General Finance, Structured/Project Finance or Real Estate practices.  Previous finance experience although desirable is not a pre-requisite - more important is the ability to demonstrate strong legal and analytical skills.

In return we can offer you a competitive salary package and unrivalled training and development opportunities along with the support of one of the leading finance practices in the world. By joining our diverse and expanding team, you will be working with some of the brightest and most experienced people in the industry.

The positions are within a team working on a wide variety of structured finance transactions involving financial assets, real estate, infrastructure and projects as well as structured funding for operating businesses.  You'd be working in a collegiate environment with six partners in your immediate team.  Associates are not aligned to one specific partner allowing them to gain a breadth of experience across a range of transaction types.  The role provides considerable responsibility and good client contact with outstanding support from a well-developed training network.

There are opportunities for client secondments and the group takes on large amounts of international work.  We are committed to providing the highest standards of service and professional expertise, creative solutions to problems and dedicated lawyers who can identify and focus on the relevant key legal and commercial issues.

  • Strong legal and analytical skills
  • Proven prioritisation, organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication, professionalism and interpersonal skills
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and style with both clients and colleagues
  • Proactive and confident with a high level of initiative
