Open Door Recruitment is a market-leading legal recruitment consultancy based in Reading working with clients in the Thames Valley, London, Europe, the Middle East and APAC region. Our search and selection on behalf of our clients covers both the financial services and legal services space and at present we work closely with Magic Circle, Silver Circle, UK, US, International and Regional Law firms.
Key Role Responsibilities required:
- Headhunting and cold calling candidates for specific searches.
- Collaborate with our senior consultants offering them full support on candidate identification, through traditional search and selection methods including professional network building, candidate referrals and LinkedIn.
- Screen, assess and qualify candidates to put together shortlists of potential candidates for the live requirements.
- The ideal candidate would be someone that has graduated with at least a 2:1 from a well-regarded university.
- Someone that is familiar or at least has a deep rooted interest within legal or financial services, or just a keenness to learn more about these areas.
- Confident, well-spoken and ambitious with excellent communication skills (the role involves a high level of phone contact with lawyers)
- Sales-focused, motivated and determined
- Available for an immediate start and experience in recruitment/search as a resourcer or researcher is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
