The successful candidate will run their own workload under supervision of a partner, handling claims from commencement through to trial or negotiated settlement. This will also involve regular liaison directly with clients.
Skills and experience:
The successful candidate will be of degree calibre. Experience of defending disease claims at another law firm is essential. Experience of other litigation work would also be very useful.
The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly, manage their workload effectively, prioritising and working to specific deadlines. They will have a commercial approach and a good attention to detail.
