Interesting commercial property lawyer opportunity at a well regarded firm in London's West End. The firm is reputable, very profitable and award winning in many areas. The real estate team's presence is particularly strong, and their client list is impressive.
The firm has experience of working closely with a variety of clients such as offshore funds, banks, retailers, entrepreneurs and property companies. The partners are experts in non-contentious commercial property and have extensive experience of seamlessly handling sales, acquisitions, large-scale commercial and residential portfolios, leasing and complex structuring and lending issues.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with two partners on a broad range of commercial property matters in a very hands on and dynamic team. There will be ample opportunity to work with existing clients and to also business develop your own practice, leveraging off the excellent reputation and contacts the Partners have built over the years.
This will suit a forward thinking and commercially minded solicitor who is passionate about Real Estate and keen to join a close-knit team and take on a high level responsibility early on. Given the environment and dynamics of this small and cohesive team, candidates from small to mid-sized firms and those candidates relocating and currently in national firms would be of particular interest for this position. Candidates from larger city firms are of course not excluded from applying.
Ideal candidate:
* Minimum 3 years PQE as a Real Estate solicitor
* Ideal experience will be predominately Commercial Property
* Strong academics (minimum 2:1)
* Strong experience of dealing directly with clients and taking part in business development is essential
* Strong drafting skills and the ability to efficiently handle a busy and challenging role is required
This is the ideal opportunity to join a firm which offers a comfortable working environment whilst still providing the highest quality of work alongside the opportunity to genuinely develop a successful and profitable long term career.
