An exciting new opportunity has been created for a capable individual with a background in office administration with an accounting/IT background to join an in house team within a prestigious legal services environment,
The post holder will be expected to take responsibility for the day to day management and efficient running of a busy and high profile office, the core areas of work will include the following:-
Accounts - management of accounts/sage systems/audit/VAT/payroll
IT - management of IT issues, liaison with IT providers, training, website amendments, newsletters, office equipment.
HR - responsibility for drafting and implementation of staff policies, manuals, training, employment contracts, insurance, health & safety
As a key member of a highly valued team the post holder will be expected to work closely with all professional and administrative staff
In order to be considered for this exciting and interesting opportunity, applicants must be able to demonstrate exceptionally strong interpersonal skills, an aptitude for IT and willingness to handle administrative work. Applicants with knowledge of payroll /SAGE would be ideally suited.
The role is designed for an all rounder preferably with previous work experience gained within a legal services environment.
