This growing business seeks a property litigation PSL / solicitor to join a wider team of property PSLs to cover a maternity leave break on a 4 day week basis. To suit an experienced property litigator with 5pqe+ gained at a firm with a strong reputation in this practice area.

THE ROLE

Working as part of a collegial team, the role includes:

- updating and maintaining standard forms, precedents and practice notes

- researching and drafting current awareness bulletins and articles

- answering enquiries

- working with other practice area PSLs as required

ABOUT YOU

In addition to the experience above, you must have strong technical skills, a broad knowledge of property law and practice and enjoy writing about your specialist area. Your interpersonal skills are equally valued including the ability to work as part of a team, whilst being self motivated and flexible.
