JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
SALARY: Market Rate

This position will suit an experienced commercial property solicitor that is now looking to secure a new role with a Top 200 law firm in London. The role involves work across the whole spectrum of commercial property but with a particular emphasis on general commercial property and property finance work. The scope of the work is very broad and ranges from leases (landlord and tenant), site acquisitions and disposals, property finance (lender) through to corporate occupier work. The department also deals with education and charity property work and you would be expected to assist with those aspects where necessary.

The successful commercial property solicitor will have a minimum of 2 years' demonstrable experience within a well regarded City or regional practice. An ability to work with minimal supervision is important although guidance and direction is available from more senior members of the Team on more complex matters. It is encouraged that you take ownership and responsibility for work, at increasing levels of significance in order to progress your position over time within the Team and the Firm. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you are a team player who is willing to be adaptable and contribute to the success of the team. You will have a proven track record of attracting and retaining new clients and have excellent communication skills along with the ability of building and maintaining new relationships with clients.
