JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1-5 Years PQE
LOCATION: London
SALARY: Market Rate

THE ROLE:
As an ambitious Clinical Negligence Lawyer your role would involve day to day management of a case load of medium value NHSLA files requiring a clear knowledge of the operating protocol in place with the NHSLA as well as a thorough understanding of the CPR, and law relevant to this area of practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have between 1 and 5 years PQE in this area of work. It is essential that you have direct experience of working in a Defendant Clinical Negligence practice and will be able to demonstrate the ability to manage a wide range of clinical negligence cases covering surgery, orthopaedics, misdiagnosis and Fatal Accidents Act cases. You will be required to have strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients, medical staff and expert witnesses.
