JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 3 years'+
LOCATION: Dorset (Commutable from: Somerset & Devon)

Professional and knowledgeable Residential Property Solicitor is required to join an expanding firm in Dorset. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will be experienced in all aspects of Residential Property and able to deal with a full variety of property matters. The duties will call for a combination of fee earning along with taking responsibility for the management of the Residential Property team.

Must have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, an eye for detail and the capacity to move quickly and efficiently through a busy work load. This is a full time position and a great opportunity to join a forward thinking, expanding and friendly firm. Team spirit and support is the name of the game for this very busy property department. Your workload will include advising on sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and shared ownership. Additional duties will include ensuring you achieve fee earning targets, bringing in new business, playing an active role in marketing as well as possessing the desire to drive the department and firm forward.
