A UK qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' PQE is sought to undertake a broad range of work which will include advising clients on incentives, reward issues and employee share plans; networking and collaborating with the wider business.
The ideal candidate will have a real understanding of the tax aspects of incentive arrangements and experience in advising on trusts in a wide range of companies and corporate transactions.
It is essential that the successful individual has gained solid experience in a recognisable firm, has solid academics and strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail; you should have the ability to understand and translate complex legal concepts accurately, clearly and concisely.
