JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Conveyancer
LOCATION: Gloucestershire (Commutable from: Warwickshire, Bristol, West Midlands, Cheltenham, Gloucester)
SALARY: Circa £40,000
THE ROLE:

Specialising in construction and development, this equal opportunities employer is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Conveyancer to join their expanding legal team.
You will need to be able to hit the ground running as you will be responsible for a substantive caseload covering a variety of property matters including; plot completions, handling sales of social properties, site set ups, Section 38s and infrastructure agreements.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years PQE in conveyancing/residential property. Ideally you will be an established Conveyancer with experience working for a developer, in practice working for developer clients or a Local Authority. Do you have this experience?
