Initiating drafting, reviewing and monitoring corporate, governance and compliance documentation.
Providing proactive support to the General Counsel to ensure excellence in corporate governance service delivery to board and committees including formulation of agendas for discussion.
Proactively assisting the General Counsel with liaising with board directors and shareholders regarding corporate and company secretariat matters and governance requirements arising from shareholders governance arrangements.
Initiating governance projects and preparing best practice corporate policies.

Ensuring all legal entities and businesses comply with legal, statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements and providing corporate and company secretarial administration to the business. Review, develop and produce standard form documents, precedents and guidance on corporate and governance matters
Advising on complex corporate transactions affecting the Group including dividend payment programmes, company re-organisations, partnerships and joint ventures. Keeping up to date with new developments in corporate, governance and compliance law and company administration matters.
