Reporting to the Senior Manager (Key Accounts & Sector Development), you will manage a portfolio of key relationships in the sector. You will need a mix of well-honed relationship development and new business skills. You may also be responsible for a sub-sector, where appropriate, providing specialist business development input to the sub-sector plans. You will coach the sub-sector leaders on engagement with Client Partners to drive a focused and sustained approach to development of sector’s KAM clients and beyond.
Successful candidate must possess the following;
· A committed career business development professional with experience in a client-facing environment.
· Experience in leading on commercial opportunities involving major multinational businesses.
· A passion for the sector/sub-sector is required. Evidence of how you have exploited this for business development gain is highly desirable.
· A strong grasp of the full scope of the firm’s market offering, with the ability to quickly mobilise the firm into action, exploiting new hires and material developments for commercial advantage.
