We are looking to hire an ambitious Researcher/Headhunter to join our successful team, which places both partners and associates with the leading US, Magic Circle and UK firms. We are seeing significant demand for lateral hiring from the firms with which we work and are therefore looking to expand.

You will be working as part of an energised team with extensive contacts. Our team of consultants were all previously solicitors (at firms such as Clifford Chance, Steptoe and Johnson, Webber Wentzel and Trowers & Hamlins).

Key responsibilities:

* Calling both partners and associates in order to source candidates.
* Setting up meetings between candidates and our consultants.
* Sourcing market information through calls.
* Updating client and candidate databases.
* Researching the legal market.
* Responding to general enquiries.
* General administration duties.


Both practical on desk training and classroom training will be provided.
You will thrive on speaking to people on the telephone and be able to think on your feet using commercial acumen and common sense.

You will be an excellent and confident communicator, highly organised and possess strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. You will be flexible in your approach and possess a strong work ethic.
