Legal advisors and business support colleagues within Eversheds are supported by the Knowledge Team, an experienced team of information & knowledge professionals. The team has a varied background which includes law graduates, market researchers and Intranet experts. Client service delivery is at the heart of everything we do and our aim is to help our legal advisors find the information and knowledge they need quickly and efficiently.
To provide support following the processes of the selection, sanitisation and supplementary tagging/indexing and abstracting of legal know how; administrative support maintaining the firms precedent collection; to assist with the creation and delivery of weekly current awareness updates; provide KM support as necessary to the onsite team.
Role also involves being part of a team which supports the firms intranet and you will be working with internal business content editors to support and develop their intranet pages using SharePoint.
The individual should have experience of providing high level administrative support. Ideally we are looking for the following skills and attributes: Educated to degree level in a relevant area or proven experience of KM support in a commercial environment is preferable but not essential; IT literate; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong organisational skills; Excellent time management; Some KM experience in a commercial environment would be useful although not essential.
SharePoint experience would be advantage but not essential.
