The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, working on significant cases, coaching junior lawyers, engaging in business development and helping to build the London and international practice.

Key responsibilities

You will be involved in significant and complex cases and will meet the team's client service excellence objectives and achieve your chargeable hours / billing targets. Additionally, you will be given the opportunity to develop your business development skills in a supportive environment. The role will report to the leading partner on the matter with day-to-day support from other senior colleagues at different levels depending on the type and complexity of the work.

Skills and experience

We are looking for a strong level of technical ability (quality is key to us). We see pension’s disputes as an integral part of our wider financial services disputes practice, and so the ideal candidate will have a solid background in pensions, trusts and financial services disputes.

We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ approach, who go the extra mile. Someone who strives to understand their client’s needs and brings a commercial awareness to the table. 

We are also looking for someone who is willing to engage directly with clients and build long lasting relationships.
