JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor & Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+
LOCATION: East Sussex (Commutable from: West Sussex, Kent, London)
SALARY: up to c£45,000
THE ROLE:
Residential Property Solicitor - An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a busy team. The firm currently advises on a variety of property matters to include, sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, remortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing. Responsibilities to include the day-to-day management of a business workload along with marketing and maximising the department's potential.
Commercial Property Solicitor - The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be responsible for preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and advising on the acquisition and disposal of land, property and sites for development including preparing estate documentation and plot sales. You will provide a quality, tailored and supportive legal service to a range of clients.
THE CANDIDATE:
Residential Property Solicitor - The successful Residential Property Solicitor will either have some experience of assisting with a residential property caseload or be well versed in all property matters. The role will be largely engineered in-line with your level of experience , but will include relevant assistance in this busy department and managing a conveyancing caseload process from the start to completion. Ideal Residential Property Solicitors will be driven, determined and ambitious and will have a desire to achieve career progression. Here you will learn from the most supportive and knowledgeable partners in the market.
Commercial Property Solicitor - You may be a newly qualified Commercial Property Solicitor or have a proven track record in delivering commercial property work. Either way, your role will encompass enhancing the firm's reputation and helping to sustain a healthy growth strategy within the commercial property arena, along with reinforcing the firms position within the community by developing a professional reputation and participating in professional and community activities to support the firm.
