JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
LOCATION: Hampshire (Commutable from: West Sussex, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Dorset)

Are you looking for a long term move, something where you can really get stuck in and progress your career? This regional law firm are currently looking to enhance their Property team in their busy conveyancing department. The team's workload includes sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold property, remortgage and equity release, tenancy agreements and commercial sale, purchasing and leasing. Responsibilities to include the day-to-day management of a business work-load along with marketing and maximising the department's potential.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will have relevant experience across a full-range of residential property matters and will be competent to handle a busy caseload from instruction to completion. The successful person must be pleasant, a good communicator and be personable. Keen to take an active role in attracting new business to the department, you will have a proven track-record in developing relationships with clients and estate agents. Self-motivated and self-sufficient, you will be a team-player with a sense of humour wishing to work in a friendly and support environment.
