You will manage the full life cycle of your own conveyancing caseload of plot sales, part exchanges and re-sales. You will demonstrate understanding of your client's focus and have detailed knowledge of your area; understanding of processes and systems, and where to access information. In addition to this, you will assist with general infrastructure agreements, for which experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.
You will ideally be a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives or a Licensed Conveyancer
You will have had a previous client facing role and we will be testing your great communication skills at interview as well as discussing your previous experience of organising your busy and varied work load.
