Our client, a top tier US law firm, is seeking a Litigation Support Coordinator to advise on a wide variety of e-Discovery technologies including evidence management, electronic discovery management, matter management at micro and macro levels, specialised databases and trial presentations.
The Litigation Support Coordinator is involved right from the start of the process to assess data and information needs, identify the most cost-effective processes and technology solutions, assist in the acquisition and implementation of key litigation support technologies and then effectively manage the delivery and successful use of those solutions. This includes training of new joiners; therefore prior management experience would be preferable.
The successful candidate will meet with Partners and Lawyers to discuss these needs, as well as liaising closely with other teams internally including the paralegal team and members of the Discovery Solutions team located in the US.

Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, timeliness and appropriateness to achieve a positive outcome.
Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision, whilst exercising good judgement and escalating questions and concerns when appropriate.
Ability to develop good working relationships with staff from all offices across the firm.
Mastery and/or high familiarity with the litigation process, law firms, and litigation specific software tools.
High familiarity with relational databases such as Microsoft Access, their design and use is required.
Ability to conceptualise and communicate to non-technical audiences, the lifecycle of litigation information and data, determine the feasibility of automating matters, and implement recommended solutions.
Strong presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) in order to interact effectively with firm attorneys and their clients.
Strong project management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
Excellent organisational skills and willingness to take ownership of client requests and team’s success.
Familiarity with Recommind and other advanced electronic review applications, predictive coding and technology-assisted review (TAR) workflows
Flexibility regarding working hours is required. This role is based in central London but national and international travel may be required.
