We are seeking an Associate to join the Manchester team to handle a broad range of employment work for leading institutions.
You will be advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, ranging from the employment law implications of business restructures, through to discrimination claims, unfair dismissal cases and industrial relations matters.
A broad knowledge of employment law is required and strong experience of contentious work is expected, preferably with tribunal advocacy experience. You should have had experience of advising clients on smaller matters with minimal supervision. To have gained this experience candidates will usually have 3-5 years PQE. However, we are happy to hear from anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for.
