New Opportunity for a Company Commercial Solicitor - Although you will be appointed to work for the Head of Company Commercial, you will be expected to work as a team member within the firm as a whole.

JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
LOCATION: Hertfordshire (commutable from, Essex, Middlesex, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire)
SALARY: c£40,000

THE ROLE: Under the overall guidance of the relevant fee earner, the successful applicant will assist in dealing with client matters in an efficient manner, producing legal documents, participating in practice area and team meetings, promote the firm generally and to develop the practice area via marketing activities. General requirements will include maintaining a level of confidentiality appropriate to the role, to deal with colleagues, clients and other external contacts in a friendly and efficient manner and to act in the best interests of the firm at all times.

THE CANDIDATE: Ideally you will be 2 - 4 years qualified as a Company Commercial Solicitor, however that being said, if you have excellent experience within this practice area as a paralegal or non-qualified fee-earner, we would like to hear from you. Proven skill in this area is paramount as you will enjoy the highest quality of work, a caseload where you can really get stuck in and progress - this is a prime opportunity for those with the required skills.
