The Administration Assistant role based in London within Human Resources Group (Pensions). Employment, pensions and industrial relations legislation is growing and becoming more complex. We help our clients with all aspects of their employee relations work. With a large team of employment and pensions lawyers, HR consultants and training lawyers, we are able not only to make our clients aware of the laws that affect their business and what to do; we also help them do it.
The key responsibilities for this role are;
· Scanning and profiling
· Travel bookings
· Room/taxi bookings
· Meet and greet
Successful must be a team player with excellent organisation skills, able to interact easily with others at all levels and be a quick learner.
