Volume Services Insolvency - Services accounts on behalf of its clients that are believed to be insolvent and seeks to recover all appropriate funds from the Insolvency.

The role involves the day to day management of staff and the management of the team’s workloads. These are client facing roles and involves liaison with our clients, and the development of operational relationships with our clients. The role of the staff within the teams are data entry based with some requiring more specialist knowledge of insolvency and the ability to make decisions within specific parameters. The team leader’s role reports into a Section Manager who, in turn, reports into a Senior Legal Manager. 

Successful candidate must have must have at least 2 years’ experience as a team leader or supervisor, developing staff, including utilizing interpersonal skills and coaching to provide regular, actionable formal and informal feedback. Ideally in a project/data environment.
