Our International Funds Group is the market leader for investment funds and is consistently ranked as a leading firm in the legal directories. It is one of the largest dedicated private fund teams in Europe (with a full time PSL in support) and is also genuinely international, meaning the successful candidates may have the opportunity to undertake an overseas secondment in the future. The group in London is looking for two mid to senior associates with strong funds experience to be part of their diverse, talented and collegiate team to support its expanding practice in this area. Our commitment to private equity, venture capital and our clients remains our number one priority.
International Funds Associate x2
The main focus of these roles will be on fund formation, which will consist of fund structuring, preparing fund documentation, negotiating fund terms and co-ordinating fund closings. Candidates should ideally have experience in these areas, although those with experience of acting on secondary transactions and with strong general corporate experience will also be considered.
Our award-winning international Corporate practice includes specialist teams focused on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, equity capital markets, venture capital and corporate real estate. We act for a wide range of large companies, banks and financial institutions, funds, private equity houses and investors, advising on major transactions (many with a significant cross-border element) including acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, the structuring of investment vehicles and capital markets transactions.
