Main purpose of the role: If you would like to join us we are looking for a highly motivated, committed organised and experienced PA to join our Litigation practice group to provide support to one partner in FSDR along with 3 or 4 other fee litigation fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
This is a very demanding role in the litigation team. Duties will include dealing with highly confidential matters, marketing for the office, client liaison, diary management, arranging meetings, travel, conference calls, billing, file management, audio/copy typing of correspondence, administration whilst assisting/supporting other team members.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have previous PA experience or experience of working for Senior Partners in addition to legal secretarial experience, ideally gained within a litigation environment. A minimum of 70 wpm typing speed for copy and audio, RSA II in typing, audio typing or word processing and MS Office skills are essential.
