The role is in our core real estate team, acting for commercial and residential developers and key public and private stakeholders in development and regeneration.
You will support the team's senior development lawyers acting for institutional investors and property corporate and funds in asset management.
You swill be involved in strategic land for national house builders and strategic development partnerships for public and private bodies.
You will support Eversheds corporate, banking and restructuring teams.
Skills and experience:
You will need to have a sound technical knowledge, a commercial background and a good understanding of commercial and residential development and regeneration to fulfil this role. Ideally you will be between 2-4 years qualified, although we are happy to hear from anyone who feels they have the skills and competencies for the role. You will respond quickly to instructions, able to work under pressure and to manage a number competing projects at any one time.
You must be able to meet client needs and build exceptional relationships with internal and external contacts. You will have good communication and influencing skills combined with technical skills and knowledge. You will have enthusiasm and drive for business development. You will enjoy working as part of a team but be equally able to manage your own matters efficiently and promptly. You will be client centred, managing quality, risk and finance.
