JOB TITLE:Private Client Associate
PQE REQUIRED:5 - 10 pqe
LOCATION: Bath, (commutable from Swindon, the Cotswolds, Stroud, Gloucestershire and surrounds)
SALARY:£40,000 - £60,000

THE ROLE:
The role has come about due to an increase in the Private Client's caseload as this department are constantly receiving new instructions and are busier than ever. Working closely with the Head of department you will be managing your own caseload and will be running your own files. You will also be managing and mentoring some of the junior fee earners and will also be keen to develop and initiate marketing and business development ideas.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate must be between 5 and 10 years qualified and will be looking for a move to a regional law firm where you can progress your career. You will have undertaken your training at a well recognised law firm and will be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge in all areas of private client law including Wills, Trusts, tax and probate, complex inheritance matters, disputes in relation to wills and lasting powers of attorney

A number of the partners have worked at leading national law firms and have returned to the region to progress their career whilst not compromising on the quality of work they are undertaking. The firm have a good understanding of what makes a happy firm and have a solid track record of promoting individuals from within the firm

THE PACKAGE:
The firm offers competitive basic salaries along with a bonus dependant on your performance as an individual but also as a firm. There is also the option (depending on the seniority of this appointment to obtain a pension, BUPA, life assurance and onsite car parking
