As an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor, you will join an established and highly regarded team handling a broad mix of employers' liability and public liability matters. The successful individual will have between 1 - 4 years' PQE and will be able to demonstrate a good grasp and understanding of EL / PL work. You will be responsible for reviewing papers and producing reports to clients, drafting pleadings, taking and drafting witness statements, ensuring signed statements returned, instructing experts, considering expert reports and reviewing reserves and keeping CRU up to date. Business development and client care skills will be essential.
