JOB TITLE:Head of Residential Property
PQE REQUIRED:10 + Years
LOCATION: Hampshire (Commutable from: Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey)
SALARY:Attractive + Bonus
This prestigious firm is searching for a candidate who will promote the image of the firm whilst building rapport with clients through networking and establishing solid foundations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management, control and operation of the department with responsibility for managing the staff including work levels and capacity, staff development and training and recruitment and performance management. The team prides itself on excellent technical and negotiating skills and which manages and drives successful transactions on all types of property including offices, retail, leisure, licensed premises and agricultural.
The successful candidate will be able to balance completion of an existing caseload along with new business that networking brings. You will be commercially aware with excellent communication skills, strong client skills and drafting skills. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience of strong managerial and resource management skills and you will foster a positive and innovative working environment among your team to deliver excellent client service. You will also run your own caseload of files and will ideally have a minimum of ten year's post qualification experience and good all round experience in residential property. Previous experience in leasehold and enfranchisement would be an advantage as would a following of clients.
A Legal 500 and Chambers rated practice with an outstanding reputation in the Hampshire area.
