JOB TITLE:Commercial Property Solicitor
LOCATION: Cheshire (Commutable from Altrincham, Cheadle, Manchester, Stockport, Wilmslow)
SALARY:Dependant on skills and experience
Due to expansion a new role has arisen for a Commercial Property Lawyer with specialist experience in handling secured lending matters is sought after to join this niche practice in Cheshire. You will dealing with a predominantly commercial lending caseload and be expected to provide advice on commercial and residential loans and bridging financial solutions.
You will be an experienced Property Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years pqe working within the secured lending sector and dealing with secured lending matters. Applications are sought from those who are looking for more client contact and have a strong commercial awareness. You will have the ability to handle your own busy caseload of files.Highly efficient and organised, you will pride yourself of providing exceptional levels of service to your clients and will have a proven track record of working to deadlines.
