Our Financial Regulation practice is ranked in both Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. The team works for a diverse range of clients including all the major banks, private banks and wealth managers, investment firms and intermediaries. The team also have a market leading reputation in retail financial services covering mortgages, secured and subprime loans, current accounts, pre-paid accounts, credit cards and payment services. The team's approach to service delivery is highly commercial and innovative with an uncompromising approach to quality.

We wish to grow our Financial Regulation team and are now looking for a number of associates, at various PQE levels, to join us in our London and Leeds offices.
  
Our ideal candidates will have experience in financial regulation covering any combination of financial products, including consumer credit, mortgages, bank accounts, payments, investments and insurance. As a member of our team you have the opportunity to work on your own matters and alongside our partners in delivering:

  • advice to leading banks, insurers, large distributors and other household names in the financial services industry; 
  • assistance to clients in the development and delivery of new and exciting products and services, such an in the fast moving payments market; 
  • complex and technically challenging analysis of issues as well as drafting product documentation and advising clients on dealing with regulators;
  • detailed and highly regarded reviews of businesses the subject of corporate acquisitions.
