The leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector acting for over 200 healthcare clients, including NHS Trusts and Health Authorities, regulatory bodies, charities and independent healthcare providers.
The Employment department comprises 35 fee earners and, as the UK's leading supplier of employment law services to NHS bodies, carries out work for around 100 healthcare bodies throughout the UK.
The department is able to provide legal advice and training on the full range of employment law issues, from board level to generalist HR practitioner, and has a reputation for handling the most sensitive and high-profile employment law cases.
The Employment team is keen to supplement its current in-house advocacy resources as its clients are asking the team to undertake increasing amounts of advocacy, which typically involves Tribunal work ranging from half a day to more than a week.
The firm is looking for two candidates, both based in London, and it is expected that the successful candidates will have at least 3 and 6 years' call respectively together with significant employment related advocacy experience.
