Corporate/Public M&A PSL, 5+ PQE
Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a professional support lawyer to join their London-based Corporate team.
The role will involve creating and revising precedents, practice notes and legal developments in the corporate sector, in particular for updates affecting IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and capital raisings. You will play a role in preparing and delivering training materials for internal staff and for client facing knowledge opportunities which may arise.
The successful candidate must have an excellent academic profile as well as strong public M&A experience gained from a leading Corporate practice. They will be proactive in acting on new developments and be confident in delivering training and presentations to both staff and clients. Previous PSL experience is essential.
