Regulatory Solicitor needed for this market legal energy drink brand. Salary would be up to £90,000 with an excellent benefits package.

My client is one of the largest and most well-recognised drinks brands in the FMCG sector, operating in every Continent on the globe. As well as their consumer goods they have one of the planets strongest brand profiles meaning they operate through numerous sponsorships and advertising campaigns. Sectors of interest include extreme sports, competitive combat sports, and music festivals.

The parent company of this brand is part of a larger NASDAQ listed entity. As part of their rapid expansion, they are looking to recruit more Legally trained professionals to work in conjunction with their stakeholders across multiple areas. It is an exciting time to be involved with a company which has already achieved International recognition.

Regulatory Solicitor (5+ years PQE)

  • You will be a Solicitor with at least 5+ years' experience.
  • The role of Regulatory Legal Counsel will involve a strong foundation in understanding the Regulatory elements of the food and beverages sector.
  • The work will include but not be limited to;
    • Product claims, formulation, and registrations
    • Quality control regulations
    • Presenting to regulatory bodies and governmental authorities
    • Managing litigation and other disputes
    • Drafting and negotiating on commercial contracts related to regulatory matters
    • Assisting the Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, IP, and Date Protection teams
    • Maintaining compliance with regulators
  • Knowledge or understanding of food and beverage regulatory law in the following continents would be preferable
    • Europe
    • Middle East
    • Africa
  • You would also work very closely with Stakeholders and management in the US.
  • Salary would be up to £90,000 plus an excellent benefits package depending on experience.
  • It is important to highlight that experience across all of these areas may not be possible and a strong grounding in comparable fields could be considered.
