About the role
This busy Commercial Litigation team undertake a very broad mix of work including the following:
- Business disputes
- Professional negligence
- Banking and finance litigation
- Property litigation
- Construction litigation
- Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
- Intellectual property litigation and insolvency
Daily tasks of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will include handling settlement negotiations, dealing with disclosure, researching intricate points of law and assisting with business development initiatives.
About the person
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 6 months experience gained in a Litigation seat. Candidates with more experience will also be considered.
Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that the Commercial Litigation Solicitor must possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
