The role

The practice is seeking a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm has a highly successful Corporate and Commercial department. You will join a cutting-edge department which deals with an exciting client base, offering real value to the matters they deal with. They are particularly popular with entrepreneurs, SME, OMB and tech start-ups.

They operate across some industry sectors but are known for their specialist knowledge within the Technology, Hospitality and Media. They deal with a broad range of work, including; M&A, Commercial contracts, Restructuring, Equity capital raisings, Joint Ventures, Shareholder Agreements, Private equity and Start-ups.

This role would be a perfect opportunity for someone seeking a springboard to for career progression, for the right candidate there are solid Partnership prospects.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE
  • You should have good experience of running your own Private Client caseload
  • You will have a good technical knowledge
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • You should have a positive outlook and work well within a team
  • Salary is market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
