Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join this highly rated, award winning Corporate Team. If you are from a leading Regional or City corporate practice, and are looking for a move, then this is your time! Our client is a strong transaction lead practice with a well-established but young and dynamic corporate finance team and is particularly strong on the private equity side.
You will be dealing with an enviable client base for FTSE 200 and household names where there is a consistent level of instructions coming through. Advising on Joint venture, Private Equity and Venture Capital deals, you will have the opportunity to develop your career in your chosen specialism. If you have a 2.1 or above and trained at a regional or City firm, and are looking for a move to Reading where you don't want to compromise on quality of work then you will not be disappointed. Great team -dynamic, genuinely friendly, approachable partners, with a pragmatic, commercial and pro-active stance to get the deal done.
