We have been instructed by a highly prestigious US firm on a brand new opening in their real estate-focussed Corporate group.  The predominantly English-qualified partners are looking to recruit an ambitious March 2018 qualifier to play a crucial role within their expanding, market-leading group. 

Recognised as one of the most prominent players in the high-end private equity and M&A markets, the group specialises in managing corporate transactions relating to large-scale real estate assets and investments across Europe.

The partners are seeking to recruit an outstanding newly qualified solicitor, with a thorough grounding in corporate and ideally private equity matters transactions acquired through at least one Corporate seat during a training contract at an elite global firm.  Exposure to real estate matters is highly desirable, although by no means essential.  A flawless academic record is expected.
