This exciting consumer brands company is growing and has a need for a Corporate Lawyer to join the business. 

What this Role Offers

The role itself is very broad and will suit a corporate lawyer who is looking to move into a more mainstream in-house position. In addition to branching out and taking on commercial contracts work, you will also utiliseyour corporate background by looking after any M&A activity and advising on a range of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.

What the Role Entails

As part of a small legal team providing support to a highly recognisedfashion retail brand, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business at all levels, including senior management. You will gain an excellent understanding of an internationalbusiness and play a key role in the success of this business.

Required Experience

A Corporate background is key with a desire to move into a wide rangingin-house position. A keen interest in consumer brands is also essential. You may have gained your experience from the Corporate team of a City law firm or certainly a well-known regional law firm. Any in-house secondment experience or prior in-house paralegal experience would be highly regarded. This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a Corporate lawyer to move in-house and work in a sought-after sector, gaining direct exposure to a businessand broadening your experience from day one.
