About the role
This national Property Litigation team of over 30 lawyers is highly regarded in legal directories and advises on all aspects of property related disputes to a broad mix of commercial and public sector clients including high net worth individuals.
The Property Litigation Associate will provide advice to a range of Landlords, Tenants and major landowners on broad range of property related issues including high value complex property disputes, property contracts and insolvency, rights of way, boundary disputes and leasehold enfranchisement. The team have a particular specialism in retail and leisure, development and agricultural so a good grounding in these sectors would be viewed favourably.
About you
The team is currently comprised of one Partner, one Senior Associate and a Trainee and as such are seeking a junior-mid level Solicitor/Associate to grow their offering. Given the structure of the team, this role offers genuine career progression.
You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
