Property Solicitor

Property is the firms largest department covering 75% of the firm’s revenue. Of that 75%, 40% is residential, 35% is commercial property. On the residential side their minimum transaction is £550,000 up to £11M.  Continuously winning high value transactional work they expect to be involved in transactions above £11M this year.  The bulk of their work being in prime London, to date they have only covered high value areas offering a dedicated service.  Much of their clients vary from first time buyers to trusts, royal family members, heads of industry etc. 

On their commercial side much of their coverage is West London, working for estates, investors, funds and entrepreneurs both domestic and international. 

The ideal solicitor will be ambitious, self-motivated and hungry to make a lot of money, you must have a portable following and be well-positioned within the London market.
